Chief Executive Officer: As CEO, Nicole is passionately leveraging her experience leading innovative healthcare companies to position Captify as the market leader for delivering Gastrointestinal health solutions. Nicole is a leader who drives growth, revenue and speed to market by developing strategic relationships and leveraging her strong operations and technology background. Nicole has extensive experience setting strategic direction and communicating vision to drive innovative business models as well as deliver technology and business solutions that increase revenue, decrease cost, elevate client and business productivity, improve patient access, clinical quality and the overall patient experience for start-up, early stage to Fortune 50 organizations. Prior to Captify, Nicole founded Citra Health Solutions, a company built to help physicians succeed under value-based and accountable care models. Prior to Citra, Nicole was a founding executive and CIO of Rise Health, a population health technology company. Before her role at Rise Health, Nicole served in leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group and Cigna Healthcare. Nicole serves as the CEO and Chairman of the Board of the Florida Association of ACOs, is on the Board of Diabetes America and has advised growing healthcare companies through Zinnia Health.
Founder and President: As Captify’s Founder and President, Tom knew there was a better way to engage patients and create a better experience for them on behalf of his Physician customers. Building on his experience in the healthcare hospitality services and CRM space he decided to build a service company that helped digestive health providers engage and prepare their patients prior to procedures. The results led to better outcomes for patients, happier providers and a company prepared for growth in an environment of great change. Prior to Captify, Tom served as the President for Business Development Advisors, outsourced business development, CRM and strategy consulting company, Director of National Advisory Services for Ernst and Young and Partner and EVP at Avascend, a healthcare hospitality services company. Tom earned a business degree from the University of Kansas.
Chief Financial Officer: As Chief Financial Officer, John leads the company’s accounting and financial reporting, medical economics, financial planning, legal, capital markets and treasury and corporate development activity. Most recently John was the CFO for Citra Healthcare, a private equity owned health technology and services company. Prior to Citra, John spent 19 years in senior financial leadership roles with UnitedHealthcare and CIGNA Healthcare. While at UnitedHealthcare, John served as the CFO of Mississippi and Louisiana Medicaid health plans, Middle Market, Public Sector, and Student health insurance business segments. John began his career with KPMG and is a member of the Florida Bar as well as a former Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida from 1995-1999.
Chief Technology Officer: Johnny has over twenty years of industry experience specializing in healthcare technology development with extensive skillset in web system, mobile responsive design, architect and development. Prior to joining Captify, he was Chief Technical Architect for Citra Health, a leading healthcare services and technology firm. Johnny held a similar role at Rise Health where he developed the award winning, cloud based, patient engagement and business process software using cutting edge technologies and techniques. He has also served as Chief Information Officer for Dentisoft Technologies and was a Senior Architect for UnitedHealthcare Dental where he led the Engineer group to pioneer n-Tier Web architecture systems. Johnny holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
VP, Product Development: As VP of Product Development and a founding member of the Captify team, Lisa uses her expertise and background in healthcare marketing communication and customer service to uniquely inform Captify’s products and solutions. Her passion for delivering excellence and her deep knowledge of systems and business operations enable her to deliver best in class products. Lisa constantly has an ear for customer pain points and business needs in order to develop innovate products and services to solve for them. Lisa is continually evaluating the needs of the healthcare marketplace to ensure Captify’s solutions are best in class. Prior to Captify Lisa served as Director of Client Services for Business Development Advisors (BDA), an outsourced business development, CRM and strategy consulting company. Prior to BDA, she held various Marketing leadership positions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Avila University.
